These are terms and conditions that commonly apply to Sell, Rent, Donation, Exchange, Services on CashMyStash.

I guarantee/agree of Not selling Renting, Donating or providing services that are unlawful and prohibited in any states of America. Prohibited Items: Such Unlawful and prohibited items can be Firearms, Drugs, Explosives, perishable items, marijuana, sexual exploited items / services.

CashMyStash reserves the right to cancel/delete the offer/posting at any time for violating Terms and Condition.

Promotion Code: Buyer can contact me to collect a discounted code. I will Generate Code from my Listing to provide buyer.

Paid in Cash: Items that are Paid in Cash and For Pick up, must be sold One person with Offers. I may have multiple offers for One Item, It is my responsibility to respond one offer or no offers. Selling one product to multiple users are considered to be Scam / Criminal and CashMyStash will cooperate with Law Enforcement for criminal investigations.

I will communicate with Buyers with any questions/concerns for smooth transaction.

Paid with Card: When I am paying by Card, A transaction fee with be applied, which will be provided during checkout. Any posting that are listed as both Pay in Cash and Card, Buyers with Card payment will get priority and items will be sold immediately to buyer and my Listing will be Removed from the Site.

Rent: CashMyStash will not keep track whether I buyer will return the item back to me after rent duration expires. I am responsible to communicate with buyer to pick up or shipped back after the rent duration expires.

Donation: I am liberty to ship/deliver or have the interested individual to pick up the donated item upon confirming.

Exchange: I am at liberty to exchange my product with anyone with existing CashMyStash listed post or a new post that does not violate Prohibited Items above.

Services: I am not offering any services that are unlawful and prohibited by Local law. Any violation committed by me can be reported and CashMyStash will cooperate with Law Enforcement with Investigations.

CashMyStash Rights: CashMyStash reserves the rights to cancel my listings, suspend my account for any violations above, non payment of commissions or any abusive reports from other users (registered buyers, sellers).

Service Fee and Tax: I am responsible to add any tax amount (if applicable) to my Listings. CashMyStash does not calculate Tax for my listings or locations.

CashMyStash will charge a Service fee that can change upon times. For example, From April 2022, There are No Commissions applied to any transactions. The Promotional None Commission duration may / will change upon time and I am aware of such service fee costs from Upgrade page which is accessed from My profile. I am aware, in near future, CashMyStash may add service fee based on product type listings or listing amounts.
